see all players overall rating? :)
I mean in a list...word/exel/notepad file?

well, go to your nba live 08 folder in my documents, then saves, then your roster's folder..then open players.dbf with excel or access..you'll see columns such as dunkability which pertains to dunking..you'll just have to figure them out..it's not that difficult..

Oh my bad. I ment the overall rating ...how can I see them?

No problem. Note that the overall ratings are less important than a lot of people make them out to be, at least in terms of player performance. They are taken into account when you're negotiating trades with the CPU however.

No problem then. Excel is the easiest method in my book since you can make a copy of players.dbf and remove the columns you don't need (basically everything except the players' names and the overall rating). If you leave the TEAM field as well, you can also open the file using Access and order by the TEAM column to display the overall ratings by their current team.
