I've always been wondering. What determines the shooting style my player does? Is it just absolutely random? Cause it changes everytime i do something but i just don't know what. I hate one of my players shooting styles and i want to change it...

What do you mean by "shooting styles"?
Do you mean the way a player shoots the ball (such as marion's bullfrop shot )?

it's called "signature shot". You can change it in players.dbf. I removed marion's shot because it's not affective in game mode. It gets block everytime.

Don't think so. The only way to do it is like nextnba said, .dbf editing, and since that can't be done, I think you are stuck with what you've got.

The 360 version randomly assigns a signature shooting style, though I believe it avoids particularly distinct styles like Shawn Marion's. Unfortunately, there's no way to edit that attribute on the 360, so your best bet would be to delete and re-create the player and hope that a better shooting form is randomly assigned.
