playoff style espn scoreboard

can somebody try to make the espn scoreboard with the gold border?
im watchin the cavs wizards game right now and they added a gold border to the scoreboard.

it would probably just be a modification of this one:

I don't have a screenshot, but here's a link to a highlight of the cavs wizards game 1 on espn. Look at the border of the scoreboard. You see how they have that special gold border just for the playoffs??

change the video quality setting to high and you can clearly see the border.
