i have chis anderson in my roster but how can i make the commentators say his name... their always say his no. only...

The commentators are just yelling his jersey number because in order to make Andersen's name to be mentioned in game..you need identify his speech id and apply it in his player id in player.dbf..after that you should be able to hear his name in the game..but i'm not sure what is his speech id is..or maybe his one didn't existed since he was suspended for quite some time..EA might never see his return coming so left his speech id out..

Since SPEECHIDs are identical to a player's PLAYERID, you can usually look at the databases from previous games to identify the SPEECHIDs for players who aren't included in the latest game. Not everyone's ID still works but a good amount of them do, at least for players who were in the default rosters for NBA Live 2005 or later.
