hot spots help

hi, i have the psp version, and i was wondering how you turn on the hot spot thing

is there anyone else that can help, airjordan wasn't able to help me out
Remeber guys i have the PSP version, i thinks its the l button for the consel versions, but for the psp idon't know what it is. i also don't have the manual
