problem with CPU layup drive

hey guys..
is there a way to adjust the CPU's constantly irritating way of a layup drive despite someone already posting up for a charge, either from halfcourt or the 3-point line, yet is being dragged up to the paint area (imagine that!)..
and for additional insult, the driver still manages to score the layup? wtf (hehe)..

ive experienced it often on both all-star and superstar modes.. i think they have a glitch unfair treatment towards charging fouls. dont you think so?

and for all modders out there, ive tried using all your patches/tweaks, including the most recent one from albys, yet the problem is still there.. or could it be solved through patch?

If I understand the problem correctly, it's not something that can really be corrected through patching. The CPU does have an unfair advantage when it comes to midair collisions. You can try reducing the CPU's slider for adjusted shots, turning that down should make them less effective at finishing the play if there's hard contact.
