how to create a good 3pt shooter player in the game? i put everythign 99 but still sux? some1 help plz

Look at the sliders. Maybe you put USER long range shooting to 0. The higher, the easier its to shoot 3s

i've also experienced this...the more i make the ratings close to 99, it just makes the created or edited player suck..i think there is a combination of ratings to be followed. unforunately, i don't know it..

i think you should ask roster makers to about it...
