Patch about armbands and accessories

Hi, i'm Italian (sorry for my english)
I'm looking for a patch who put realistic armbands and accessories to the players.
In my game (I've installed RR4) Iverson missed his armband, Anthony too...
Someone can help me?

Glen has posted a fix in his release thread that allows you to edit bicep accessories (and thus add sleeves) as in previous years.
