Question about SWEAT PATCH???!!!

what are the files in the sgsm folder that is sweat patch related? i know its installed in my comp but i cant the find name. i want to get rid of the sweat patch because it seems to mess up a lot of the player's tattoos.

If i remember correctly it is named arm##then it comes with something i cannot remember, hope someone here in the forums will help you out cause i just cant remember the name of the file

well there's a lot of arm__ files. which ones do i delete? all of them or only a certain one? i dont care about the sweat i just want the tattoos to show
