If you only want to play with Iverson in Sixers, wait for the classic teams patch. It includes 01 Sixers team.

You know, I want the entire NBA rosters of that year... But I don't know how to work with those DBF things...

Look into the DBF guides on nba-live.com. For example here you have a guide of editing players.dbf file. Check guides from Live 07, cause there are the same as in 08.

Just a quick note, retro roster patches are fairly big projects because of all the players you need to edit, so it's not something someone can whip up in a few hours. If anyone is willing to undertake the project, note that you'll need to be patient as it might take a little while to finish.
