Already downloaded the comdlg32.ocx and put in the folder windows \ system, but the problem remains

You need to register the file, not just put it in the sytem32 directory.

Start->Run

regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx"

You might get a new error with a different missing file, too. So download that file and repeat whatyou did with the first one.

I can`t run the file because the pc can not find the program to do.
