Awards and Records Problem

I have been playing in the Dynasty Mode for quite some time now...
and i have unlocked some of the awards already (east player of the month).. and i know I've already beaten some of the records... (if my memory serves e right)...

Lately I've checked my awards and to my surprise they were locked once again.. same with the records.. it just keeps on happening.. after saving the game and reloading it... >.<

Does anyone here know the solution to this? Please... thanks!

Once you unlock a trophy/award. you need to save your settings otherwise they'll be locked again.

I have the same problem. Is that possible to find these records back?

Not if you haven't saved your settings.
