PSP PPJoy NBA Live 08

I need help configurating the buttons for the psp to play Live 08. I have everything done for PPjoy and the wifi controller I want to play the PC game using the PSP as a gamepad. I just need the button layout can someone help me.

X-pass
/\-pro hop
O-Shoot
Square-crossover
analog-move
R-turbo
L--go-to moves
Start-pause
Directional keys-play calling

Can someone help me out with this. Please.
