Crash?!?!?!?

My nba live 08 crashes during cut scenes and sometimes just randomly in the middle of the game, any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Does it ever crash at the end of a quarter or during a timeout?

yea even when i turned them off in ingame settings

That error only occurs with the pirated version of the game, or when you attempt to use a No CD patch with a legal copy of the game.
