Cant take new rosters into dynasty

Hey all,
For whatever reason I can't take new rosters into dynasty. I only just bought the game, did an online download off EA's website and i've updated my rosters with the newest trades but cant for the life of me take them into a new dynasty.
Any Ideas?

Disable the 2007 NBA draft.
