Please Please can som body tell me how to make Vlade Divac Perfect when you take Carate a Player.

Are you talking about the PC or PS2 version? If it's the PC version you could always use a custom face patch to take care of the appearance, in which case it would just be a matter of assigning him appropriate ratings and accurate bio data.
