Winrar error Help Please

I'm having troubles with some patches.
I can download them, but when i have to put all the files in the sgsm folder, as the readme file says, an error message pops up saying that
newocrt_xxx was not created. Anyone knows why? I have already
try with other winrar versions








xxx means .fsh, .ebo, etc

perhaps rhat means that there is a invalid file.

or maybe, the file you downloaded was corrupted..
