ppjoy for NBA Live 08?

i'm sorry if this has been asked before, but a quick search result doesnt put up anything so...

can anyone write a guide on how to properly use ppjoy with NBA Live 08, so we can all do PS2 moves again?
there's so much to do today that i have to set apart more time to pray

but now when i try to install ppjoy it gives an error that says "windows cannot acces the specified device...."

what do i do?
there's so much to do today that i have to set apart more time to pray
