Check to see if you have a plrdetails.fsh file in your sgsm directory. If you do, rename the file to plrdetails.fsh.bak and see if it still happens. If that fixes the problem, you can delete the file.

because by renaming it, you made the game unable to use it..in other words..it's just another file that you do not need..
