Both the Filefront and Rapidshare links are working, so I don't know what you are talking about.
<Edit> I noticed the link in the download database doesn't take you to the file.
<Edit2> The link in the download database has been fixed.
It's not like it really fixes anything. You can change your roster order, but the game still decides how much playing time players get when simulating.
