Guide to Converting Your Dynasties into Rosters

This is the easiest way to do it!

1) Create a new Roster file. You can do this by saving your current rosters (even if they're the default ones). Be sure that this is something you're willing to overwrite!
2) Open your Dynasty File (My Docs>NBA Live 08>Saves>DYNASTY)
3) Select all the files and copy them.
4) Paste them into the roster file you created. Overwrite.
5) Load the rosters, and voila! You can now play with the other teams, do one-on-ones, do individual practice, etc.

How i can convert a season? I also copied all the files, but the roster just turned into a season.

Make sure you don't copy any .dat files.

No worries. There's only a couple of .dat files in the save folders so they're easy to overlook when you copy/paste.

Will it be ok also to transfer the roster file to the current running Dynasty season you have?

I'd advise against it, since you'll lose season data when you overwrite certain .dbf files (eg players.dbf). There are a few dbf files can replace safely, such as coaches.dbf and teamgear.dbf since they don't contain any season stats.

Everything works perfectly, but when I selected the all-star teams, international teams, other specialty teams, once I get to the loading screen, the game crashes.

This doesn't seem to work as well for the Xbox
