Players from last years game that arent in this years game

What do I do in the dbf to get someone like Richie Frahms face in 2008 since he isnt in the game. He was in last years game but not this years. I heard theres a way in dbf to get his face.

You can certainly assign a cyberface to a created player but unless you have a face patch for him, DBF editing won't accomplish anything. In any case, here's a guide to installing face patches in terms of editing the dbf files.
