how to begin downloading material from computer to xbox360

im a rookie when comes to downloadin to the xbox 360 frm the computer with my datel transfer device could someone please help me get started, becuz the game play on my nba live 08 sucks!

not really much you can do for gameplay other than sliders.
Playermaker has a stickied post in the 08 general section and his first post in said thread has his most updated sliders.

hey dude...
i used to work for XBOX360 customer support...
i think it has something to do with xbox live and stuff...
if you have inquiries about downloading stuff...
call their hotline and they'd be more than willing to help you out with your issues...
