Save files in DB Commander

How do i save files in DB Commander? And one more thing, I have downloaded and installed lots of jersey patches but i still can't play the game with the alternate jerseys (like NJ Nets RED Jerseys and Washington Wizards GOLD Jerseys...please help.

they save automatically every time you make a change. can't help you on the second one.
