Scorebox patch

Hmm...maybe is present patch, which changes scorebox look ? Now, default nba live 2008 scorebox is: http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/6102/scoreqi6.jpg
but I need scorebox like it: http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/3852/resultsrj3.jpg (screenshot from NBA TV Daily)
Maybe is present similar patch or maybe somebody creating now.. ? I need him
