Install Roster For XBOX 360

Hi,
if i download the roster patch for xbox 360 on my pc..what can i do to install it on my xbox 360??

I think you need to put it on a flash drive. After that I dont know what you would do. (I have a PS3)

You could probably get an answer if you ask here. This place has all your console rosters and such.

But i have to put it in a backup dvd and play the game with this or in a memory card/usb pen and put it in the xbox hd??

If you have a device that allows you to transfer data from your PC to a memory card (such as the one from Datel) then it's just a matter of downloading it to a memory card and transferring it to your hard drive (or loading it from within the game and saving it on your hard drive).
