How does the scenario mode work in PC version of the game?

the same as the ps2 dynasty mode

there has been no significant changes, theres actually been some stuff taken out or has been not put in.

Unlike the Xbox 360/PS3 version, you don't see a play-by-play simulation but rather the game will randomly prompt you to intervene in the closing minutes of a game with certain scenarios if Dynasty Scenarios are enabled. Because the PC/PS2 version only displays scores quarter-by-quarter if intervention is enabled, you don't see the scenarios coming. Other than that, they work pretty much the same as the Xbox 360/PS3 game; you enter the game at the specified point, either trailing or leading by the stated number of points.
