xbox nba live multiplayer...

Does anyone know if you can play multiplayer dynasty aka more than one user team during a dynasty mode.... does anyone know if 2k8 has this option?

I don't know if it's an option in 2K8 but it's not an option in NBA Live on any platform; not since NBA Live 2003, anyway.
