hmm really not sure but i think you have just used EA's Jermaine Oneal and you have just sharpened it..

and i think the only one the you have just edited in it is the Nose

There is some flaw in the nose of your Pierce. Another thing is all your bheds are oversharpened. Reduce the sharpening and your face will immediately looks better. Keep practicing.
