is NCSL 0708 update works for online game?

Hi
Can NCSL update apply to the online game as well?
if it can, how to do so?
i loaded the roster, but then the roster in online game still remain as the default nba2008 roster

Try copying the roster to all the database folders (workingdb, originaldb, etc). I believe that has worked in years past.
