PS2 what file needs to b edit to draft international players

hi guys! been a long time since my last visit here. i forgot my username:lol:
anyway, so i've been thinking, for the PS2, since we can't draft yi jianlian or luis scola to other teams, maybe there is a certain file that we can edit. i've been looking at the files from the game for some time now and i still have no luck since i also don't know how to open the files. anyone got ideas what file to edit and how to edit it? thanks!

none known unfortunately, Create A Player is your friend and unfortunately, for the PS2, that is the only way around that. Sorry man
