Jumbo Jerseys/Fat bodies

Is it possible to have either jumbo jerseys or fat bodies(like in xbox version) cause i saw a thread that says this...(i'm also interested),anyone do it?
I guess it's EBO edting,or DBF?

hmmmm it can maybe done in ebo editing but unluckily we cant open ebo files for the body..

Why? The xbox version doesn't have fat bodies, they are all skinny-legged. The PC version models are much more normal looking.
