i got a new screen Samsung 24" LCD Syncmaster 245B TCO-03 Black, 1920x1200, 5ms, 1000:1, DVI

the game crashes when i try too start a game,

Is it wide-screen?

I have a feeling EA dont like wide-screens because no matter what you do to try fake the resolution, I could not play BF2 nor NBA Live 08 at our 100' projector-screen (which is the only widescreen thing we have).
