NCAA LIVE 08 Patch

Hello,
I was thinking it would be great if a solid team of patchers maybe the some SUM squad or others could do an NCAA LIVE 08 patch. Every year this kind of patch get started late and never gets completed for whatever reasons.
A total conversion would be a great addition for the community. Players wouldn't need "real faces" or anything, I think in previous NCAA projects this took up entirely to much time and resources. What you could do is:
1) Decide which team to include by conference
2) Players should have correct skin color, number, position and rating. To save time I would advise against including full names "Keep it Console". (An accurate roster can be done in the future in and around March Madness if someone is up to it) Besides by using number wouldn't be easier to update future versions of this mod (thats if EA uses the same format which they have for the last few years).
3) Accurate Atmosphere: Courts, Crowds, Jerseys, Dornas, Sounds (if possible) Basic Sneakers (different colors) for all teams (home and away) again saves time, choose the same sneaker for each team.
4) ESPN Front end, NCAA inspired Practice Court.
These are just a few of my ideas. I'm not a patcher never have been. But I know this is the most talented community of patchers around. And it would really be great to see an NCAA mod for 08. Thanks for your time guys hope this post generates some interest.

that would be cool althogh I cant mod for nothing so I'm out on that
