JUMP 07 for Live 08?

OK I used this patch for jersies but I think I have to fix Atlanta and Philly to get the right one. How do I fix this so that I can get the right jersey?

Well, c0nr4d released 2X Atlanta and Philly jerseys for 07(check his thread in announcements section), which are completely compatible with 08. I believe the official NLSC NBA Live 07 rosters also contain those jerseys, but you would have to install it and then grab the files manually and place them in 08.
