freezing..very few but happens about 10 times per game

I'm having a few second of freezing when I play...it's usually very brief and happens about 5-10 times per game. It's brief but it's annoying. I don't know why it's doing this..doesn't happen with any other games...my cpu is brand new and it should not have any problem playing this game..here are the spec
