roster patching problem

i am trying to create my own roster for my own online league! i calculated all my ratings and copied them with excel in the players.dbf. it works fine with almost every player!

my base roster is the IRPT roster patch due to players who are missing in the original roster.

but after copying the new ratings, the size from several players like taurean greene or yi jianlian are wrong! before editing evrything is ok.
it is enough to save the roster in excel without having changed something (just overwritiung only one entry with the same value) and after that the size of some players is false!

does anyone knows a solution where i can copy paste my ratings without editing it in the game (it would be perfect if it can be done in excel)

problem solved!

the appearance.dbf had more entries than the players.dbf.

don't know why but this was the problem! excel editing does no harm to the roster
