how add jersey in nba live 08?

i have jersey in png.format and i want to have in my game. i don't speak of dbf editing part but how i can modify numbers colors and why when i put a jersey in my game i have a lot of trouble with the numbers and the jersey like every player have the same number?i know nba wiki i use them but i have already problemes with my jersey if someone can help me?
