Playing time issue....HEX fix?

I have been reading on people playing around with Hex program to help fix the sim issue...pts, rebs and so on.... they're doing great work. My quesiton is seems the playing time is all off, rarely do i see players play more than 30+ mins a game in dynasty during simming.... is thier a way to patch/fix this, maybe using HEX? Fill me in.
