Players.dbf Stat categories

Some are preety obvious, and some appear in the edit/create player in the game. Others are a bit trickier. For example, does primacy involve just on court production or it has to do with PT too? Whats the difference between learning ability and work ethics gamewise? What difference will I see If I set Defvalue or Offvalue higher for a player. how does destiny changes for players while they get older? Is it good or bad for a player to have negative SSTARSTI or SSTARSCO value, and what do those stats mean? Too many questions, if somebody more experienced could help, I would appreciate it.

Plus, if somebody can help with the sliders that Playmakers has posted, and where to found them, I'd love that too. I can't find "Sink or swim" anywhere, nor individual stats as GOTO, INSL, set screen and others... I am using the PC game. Thanks!

phanos - the sliders in Playmakers thread only apply to the Next Gen games. Us PC users have the simpler set of sliders. We'll start listing those in the stickied sliders thread.

I think Primacy generally impacts the number of shots a player will take but does not impact playing time. I am not sure on the others you asked about - sorry.
In theory there is no difference between theory and reality...except that there is in reality.

Traditionally Primacy has governed who is the go to player on the team in gameplay and simulation, though it doesn't seem to have much of an effect this year.
