Making Players Gear

Hi,im absolutely new in patching and i have 1question.Is it hard to make player bands or sleeves with numbers or nba logos? If its not plz give me tutorial where i can find what programs i should use or something .Thanks.

Yes me i think that its hard but i dont know what you can.
