help with jersey portrait importing

could someone please explain to me the process of importing a PNG file into a fsh and then into a big and so on? cause when i do it, crashing always happens

someone please really help me out here? i looked up a tuto on doing players' portraits for this and i tried, still not working. please tell me the correct way to do this so i know how to do it myself

So. If you want to edit jersey preview for some team you need to have these programs:
biGui,fshx and photoshop.
For example you want to edit celtc's away jersey preview.
You need to open file jersey.viv in folder fe.
Then you need to open with biGui file jerseys~bo~bo_away.big. Then export the bo_away.fsh file somewhere. then open it with fsh program. export the image with celtic's away jersey(if I'm correct,it is number 34). Edit it with photoshop and save it in .png format. Then open the fsh file,select the image with celtic's jersey and the press Texture-->import. Then find your edited image with celtic's jersey.The fsh program won't show you it in the browser because it supports only .bmp and .dds formats. So you need to write your edited file name in the FILE NAME line. Then you just need to save the fsh file. Then open the jerseys~bo~bo_away.big with biGUI. Then press Import,select your .fsh file(bo_away.fsh). the press a few times the rebuild(blue button) And the copy the .big file to your sgsm folder.
I'm doing this way and it works.
