Auto Sub Patch

Auto Sub Patch so I dont have to turn it on every game because sometimes I forget to

I to would like to see this happen, it gets a bit annoying having to pause the game to turn it on every single game. So would be great if you could set this to on or off for all games.

Yes, that would be really awesome and very helpful. Anyone can create a patch for auto auto-subs?!
