changing team after season

in NBA live 2006 it was possible to accept offers from other teams after a dynasty season. bad teams offered contracts and so you could change teams to have more fun. do you know if this is possible in Live 2008 on Xbox360?

I believe it's still possible if your GM Rating is high enough.

Almost immediately after you win a championship an offer will come in. Hopefully in the future there should be several offers to consider, not just one.

I was wondering there should be a create a GM that acts as "assistant head coach" within the game, cheering on or spanking the players, etc. It's tiresome sometimes to see just Phil Jackson in 25 years within the game. Can we hire head coach that brings along a unique playset package? In my dreams.

I think most of us would like to be able to hire and fire head coaches. Even if there was a pool of generic coaches to choose from we'd probably be able to edit the PC version to add real coaches to the database. Of course, allowing the player to edit the generic coaches from within the game would be even better and also cater to console players.

does this work in the 360s version too. I simulated the season and won the title to find out if this works, but how can I see, that I got an offer from another team?
