Creating a Team - New Feature for 08?

Hey all,
I came across a basketball blog about Gilbert Arenas and Keven Durant playing each other on NBA Live 08. The blog hinted (at least in my opinion) about creating your own team. Take a look...
"Not only did we get an early glance at Durant in a Sonics uniform via the video game (looks good on him), but when KD created a team to play with, he put himself on Seattle along with Corey Brewer and Brandan Wright. Then he put Joakim Noah, Al Horford and Julian Wright on the Blazers and had them go at it, dropping buckets as himself against his future rivals …

I think he just reordered the rosters or did a fantasy draft, because it said the names of current teams...

There wasn't a Create-a-Team as far as I could see. I think it's a case of unfortunate wording (unfortunate since most of us would love to see that feature), referring to assembling a team featuring the class of 2007.
