About that coaches...I think you should use the latest roster update where there are several default faces of them that you can use as a base on making them...

you need to download fshx or fshline one of those programs.... and change the images size frm 256 to 512 of the arm_tat.fsh file

Ouch! Nice Bender's version! Although, and I know you probably already know this, Jonathan does not have cornrows anymore. If possible, you should consider give us in time a "New Year's Present", LOL!
