This problem (too many cpu fastbreak) is really annoying.
I try your patch with Webber roster 1.3 and mine Realistic Roster: the same problem.
Cpu use Boston, cpu use Dallas, cpu use Miami: same problem.
Great patch, Kris, but solve this big problem because the gameplay is irritating.

Nice job here my friend. Best in the history of NBA Live. Great work!
But my only probem is the points in the paint.
here's the breakdown of how an NBA score points :
<40% = points in the paint (Dunks, lay-ups, alley-oop etc.)
<40% = outside points (3PTs, jumpers etc.)
>20% = Free Throws (personal or technical)
Balance this then you have the perfect Aiact the world has ever known.
To all :
1. PG passes outside even if free inside is a fix for
PG DOMINATION
2. Defensive AI slow return. . .try not passing inboung from almost midcourt. . .set as NBA style below the rim short pass only.
3. Sigshots and GTM are just bonuses by Kris, remember this is a gameplay fix so don't bother him. . .let him give us what is due to us.
4. Fastbreaks are only made by CPU if you don't return to defense right after you missed a shot.
Kris you're one of a kind. I'm kinda familiar with the ratings and roster. . .but I have to master to create a player and CF's in order for me to create a good quality roster. . .PBA Live 08 is still my goal this year aside from substitution and roster update!

For some reason 90% of the opponents baskets are from the paint area, some from 3, almost none from the field, at the end of the game they shoot around 60%.

I've been using Kris' Gameplay Fix 1.1 with the teams.dbf from 1.33 and the result is absolutely perfect - with almost every team. CPU runs a play every time, finds the star player, fast breaks when it's supposed to, and provides intelligent defense. I really can't ask for anything more, thanks Kris!

Mind posting Kris on which players you have put a sigshot and GTM? My comments on the gameplay fix
-Its almost perfect bro. Its still need some adjustment in some areas.
-Just like anybody else here. Most of the score the CPU made are from the paint and also when they are in the rim they always do a Garnett like GTM(the one handed hook)
-When i press shoot in the free-throw line, players slide and then do a throw in the basket.
-Fast break problem is still there but kinda getting used to it and also they stop at the rim for a couple of seconds then after that they dunk the ball.
-Some domination of the star players (One game chris paul scored 17 in first half alone)
Still one of the great gameplay fix there is here in NLSC. Hoping for a release that will surely fix 08

Finally a playable game! Perfect game fix Kris! Kudos to you!
One last thing is the sim engine fix, after that DYNASTY mode finally will be playable.

Dallas doesnt look for Nowitzki (open) during crunch time instead they pass the ball to a bench rookie player..

Very much the best gameplay fix for all the versions kris! Great job plus webberf1's rosters, absolutely the best!
the fastbreak thing is evident but when you try defending the ball handler by pressing down on the right analog button, he will slow down.
defense now is BLISTERING! its hard to get open shots now which is VERY GREAT.
great overall transition basketball. when there is an opening, cpu will penetrate but if there isn't, cpu kicks the ball out and looks for the open man.

Kris, I really liked 1.33, all the stats are very well balanced, except one: cpu shot distribution. They're shooting almost exclusively from the paint area, making it impossible to see its color on the shot chart at the end of games. There are very few outside shots, which was 1.32 strong point.

kris..is the link in the first page a new patch?i mean what has been updated on your patch?sweet gameplay of yours..one more question,how come when the cpu is on a fast break it doesnt go strong to the hoop,it just stops in front of the rim and instead of taking the open layup it opts to pass to his team mates?can this be fixed?thank you!!more power..great patch.peace

You feel the same way I do. You need to defend hard and tight and also use steals and fouls (to stop the break) to your advantange. And everything is hard earned on offense. I like also that cpu will penetrate if there is opening but kick out for open man. I like, but it seems it s hard to please everyone.
