Just exactly, what do I have to do, to make them work, with the game?

That's a pretty straightforward question guys, he just left the word "do" out of the second sentence.

It's not really the right thread to ask that question in but basically it's a question that's been asked many times before, so we've got a few tutorials on how to install the various patches in the Tutorials subsections here in the Forum as well as the Tutorials sections in the Wiki.
