Baron Davis looks okay indeed, but by my observation you can still improve the nose area, especially his nostrils. Overall, another good work

After observing your bheds, here are things which you should improve :

- Reduce the sharpening on all your bheds. They're oversharpened.
- Align things better eg. eyes, nose, mouth. Some of your bheds have misaligned mouth
- The blending. Not the colour of the bhed and face but how each part of the face join up. Sometimes edges are still visible whilst they should be smoothly blended.
- Make your bheds like the original EA's. This include the size, position and everything.

I must say that you're doing really well already, just keep practicing and it will be perfect (Y)
