have you got a release date set coz i wouldnt mind playen this mod. Hopefully if 09 has this mod in it, it should be incorperated with the NBA dynasty mode and you could send people down and call them back up and call up neutral players.

From what we have here, I have viewed this as a complete D-league mod. Not just an Add-on? It appears that we have all the parts to make this a stand alone mod, not just something to add to the existing NBA live game.
This is the way I have started the roster, (as a stand alone mod) and to answer the question; Yes it will copy over the NBA teams, and be a separate league and game of its own, where a season and possibly dynasty can be played. Just as with other mods I have downloaded and played. (Euro, NCAA, PBA)
If you have something else in mind, then tell me now; so I can change what I am doing.

Problem is that when I go to that site, its all in Russian and I don't know what to click on, download or read?
Like karposter said, I am working on the roster, but may need some help down the line with players and .dbf editing. But for now; I have it pretty much under control.
Yes we do need portraits, and any faces from the opening day roster list I posted earlier in this thread. If you can take a look at the rosters above and provide some download links to the portraits, cyberfaces and tattoos you and your team has done, that would be very helpful right now.
